Acceptance

Please appreciate that there are limited spaces available for students. Each application is reviewed by the Admissions Team, which includes the program Directors. Acceptance of a child is based on several factors, one of which is a successful match of the family’s and the school’s educational goals for the child.

Children with Montessori experience are given priority, as are siblings. New applicants are admitted to the remaining spaces, while attempting to maintain gender and age balance within the classrooms.

Accompanying the acceptance letter is an Enrollment Contract which must be mailed to the school with a postdated tuition cheques within two weeks.

Pool of Prospective Students

When no openings are available, children will be placed in a pool of prospective students. In the event of an opening, children in this group will be considered for enrollment in accordance with Montessori principles of education.

Students Requiring Extra Support

MMEC is a low tuition private school with limited resources to accommodate students with learning or behavioural challenges. Please discuss your child’s particular needs with our Principal, Amanda Kershaw.
